FEBRUARY/MARCH 2023 UPDATE: Annoyingly Google doesnt allow additional reviews so Ive figured out updating would be better. I came back to the dealership after having issues getting chocolate out of my car seat. Spoiler alert: go with the Protection Pack if youre offered it! After going from the greeting desk, with the lovely and helpful Steve, to seeing the lovely and helpful service team at the desk that day (Neil and Hannah), the lovely and helpful Gary came out from the service department with a cloth and a foam cleaner and cleaned my car seat for me - no fuss, no cost, no issue, no problem - and the seat was as good as new (and smelt of fresh lemon). Dont ever give your parents chocolate to eat in the car! This is why I stay with Yeomans Toyota; their customer service has always been 10/10 and theyre all always happy to help. Ive never seen a miserable person there Even our car dealer, Rob, made time for a little chat! Very sweet :-) - Steve - Neil - Hannah - Gary - Rob You were all brilliant on this visit and no doubt if I have any issues, the next visit will also be a pleasure. I am pleased to see new members of the team and it was very nice to meet Charlotte recently in March - you can tell she has the nack and qualities to be a great Sales Executive. You will flourish here. Thanks again Yeomans!Again, I have had the pleasure of being served by Rob who assisted me in the purchase of a brand new Yaris Cross. An absolutely amazing car with absolutely amazing service. I don't think we will ever switch from Toyota as we have always had good custom, advice and service. It has been just over a month with my new car and the amount of fuel I have saved from an Aygo to a Yaris Cross is quite something. Hybrids are pretty good and for a 1.5L engine, I find it more responsive and a quicker pull-off than my Mother's C-HR. Rob, keep doing what you're doing!
