        We booked to go to zante via hays travel and classic holidays provided the accommodation via them. We had the worst all inclusive holiday. We ended up eating out every day for an 11 nights stay which we hadnt budgeted for. There was so many issues that I tried to resolve while in resort to just be passed from pillar to post by hays and classic collections. This was our first family holiday in 4 years due to covid and also the worst for us all. I had photos and videos for evidence of all the problems to name only a few, the safety in the room, room situated no view, 100s of stairs to get to restaurants, no entertainment as stated, no food labelled , dirty pools, wasps swarming self serve drinks machine the list goes on. Truly disappointing wouldnt even give a star to this hotel or company for their poor customer service and not trying to compensate us for all the extra cost or poor quality holiday.

        We had a wonderful week in Venice and Florence, the hotels were beautiful and the connections were smooth and very prompt. A special thanks to Julie Regan who collected us at Venice airport and escorted us by water taxi to our hotel. Julie spent an hour with us giving lots of very helpful tips and advice and really added to our experience.
