Really dissapointed to discover charges on my phone bill having called them from my mobile. My fault, i know (as i should have noticed it was a premium rate number) but over 6 for 9 mins sales conversation is unacceptable. Update, after the owners response below I emailed the to try to arrange a refund and have not heard any back since. Don't expect they will respond to my email or refund me any money. Their reply was obviously just to appear as if they were doing the right thing.

I ordered these items from another company 3 weeks ago. After a urgent requirement I had to source another place, when I found this company. I ordered the parts on Friday and by Tuesday the items were sat in our office. Fantastic service and we will now be making this our first port of call.
