Have just attempted to book a taxi for New Years Eve, and when the phone was answered and Inmade my request I was abruptly told Youve got no chance mate, and proceeded to hang up.... so rude

We had ordered a taxi the day before to pick us up at 11:45 (lunchtime) at a Worthing address. By 12 the taxi still wasn't there. We called up and had an unfriendly woman telling us: "Yeah yeah, he's on its way. He'll be there soon." No apology was offered. When I said he should have been here five minutes early, she said "Yes, wouldn't that be nice if everyone was always on time." We waited 5 more minutes and the taxi still didn't come, so my two little girls and I ended up walking home for 45 mins in the rain. I would never use A&A again.

Excellent Service On Christmas Eve. Booked a taxi on the 23rd for 12.45 on Christmas Eve and it turned up on time, and also booked the return journey for 5pm same day, and again on time. Both drivers were helpful, friendly and chatty. Would definitely use again so thank you.

Very nice driver and lady at the office but car arrived very late - very stressy as we (as I told them) were going to the station to catch a train. The whole point of booking is to be sure that the car will come at a particular time...won't use them again
