Don't get parcels delivered there! Lost my Yodel Parcel that my email said had been delivered there that day, was directed to rummage through the messy pile of other parcels so could easily have taken someone else's.

Horrible, horrible place. Do not get your parcels sent here they are not safe. I went to collect my parcel and was instantly directed to a corner to retrieve my own parcel. The guy did not ask for ID or any proof that I indeed had a parcel sent there. I could have been anyone and could have taken anyone's parcel and he would have been none the wiser. After searching for a good 5 mins I was not able to find my parcel. On telling the guy this he merely said 'your parcel, your problem'. I have never been on the receiving end of such shocking customer service. I did eventually find my parcel in an area that I was not directed to and with absolutely no help from the guy at all. I have never been in this store before and after this experience I will never go back again. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
