        Jason was very helpful when we needed a second opinion on a property we were hoping to buy. We asked his advice as we had heard there might be subsidence in the area. A few days later he was able to carry out an inspection for us & informed us there was a problem. He confirmed this with a very detailed report within the agreed timescale & at a reasonable price. We will definitely use him again.
