I was really impressed by the swift response to my enquiry and the allocation of a surveyor to help with a property issue. Following an inspection, the report was comprehensive, both with details of the issues and suggestions of how to resolve them. This has been a difficult time for my family following bereavement of my father and the satisfactory way in which Philip Goacher Associates has helped deal with the property issue has substantially reduced the stress we were experiencing. Delighted with service. Dave was courteous, attentive, thoughtful and provided valuable insight into assessing our roof truss for solar suitability or otherwise. Sam turned up on time, spent a lot of time answering my questions, then left saying the report would be within 2 weeks. I was extremely pleased when his report came back within a week and he has been kindly answering questions since. An excellent company and professional service all-round
