    Kerrie is a great therapist. She is extremely physiologically knowledgeable and can quickly identify problem areas and deal with them accordingly. I have been attending her friendly Pilates class in Storrington for some time now and find that also helpful and educational. It is a highlight of my week.

    We have been attending Kerrie's classes since 2011 when my husband had his stroke. She always makes class fun and is very caring and supportive but knows when she can push him. We both enjoy coming and have met many nice people.

    Having done Kerrie's Pilates class for 9 months now, I have noticed a big difference, even though I went in thinking I wouldn't notice any changes (how naive!). Any aches I used to get have now completely vanished! Even when I'm walking, I'm more aware of my posture and everything seems to work in sync. Kerrie also explains what each exercise does and how this will help you. I definitely won't be stopping any time soon!

    I type for hours every day for work and have been getting increasing amounts of pain in my neck and shoulders. After a few 1-2-1 sessions with Kerrie, she's managed to get rid of all my aches and pains, and has also taught me exercises to help with my posture while writing. She's great at listening to exactly what's wrong and offers sensible, practical advice and exercises. Highly recommend.

    I see Kerrie regularly as I take part in lots of sporting activities and find that a regular sports massage keeps my aches and pains under control. Kerrie is very professional and thorough with extensive knowledge of treating injuries. The regular massages also keep my sporting injuries to a minimum. I would definitely recommend Kerrie.
