Future Focus

I was diagnosed with a worn/torn cartilage. I was told by an NHS specialist that there was nothing that could be done, I was told to give up my beloved badminton, no swimming or long walks! I went to see David in the hope that he could use his acupuncture skills to relieve my pain as even walking 100 yards was very painful, but on my first visit David assured me that was not the problem, he did not need to use any acupuncture but I really only needed his physiotherapy skills and I know this sounds naff but David Hurley changed my life. I had 4 sessions of massage in all and a chat with David, Now I am well on my way to full fitness, although I have a way to go, I'm walking swimming and soon to be playing badminton again, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend David Hurley to anyone. He is, knowledgeable, calm and very professional.

David is excellent! He takes one look at you and knows what's wrong. He has treated me and a number of my friends. Great results.

Poor customer Service. I genuinely missed a appointment due to a mistake on my own calendar. 100% My fault. Told David 15 mins before that I got the appointment time wrong, and that I could do later in the day. He couldn't do later, but agreed for the next week. He then sends me a text with the details, but also telling me I own him the cost for the missed appointment. 100% understand its detailed in his paper work, but have people not heard of giving the benefit of doubt..., very short sighted customer service. He didn't even tell me that on the phone call, just in a text. Understand a business needs to make money, but surely there is also a customer understanding / relationship to be built, rather than just a transaction. Just be mindful of this, as all our life's our busy, and things happen.
