I can't thank Neil enough for his fantastic work. My 4 year old daughter developed a stammer and was losing her confidence to speak. Neil was recommended to us and in the words of my husband the man is a legend! We have gone from a little girl crying that she can't speak to a little girl speaking so fluently and confidently we can't get a word in edgeways! He was patient with both of us the whole way through I don't think even he realises the impact he has on your life.

Neil started working with my son when he was a few months off being four years old. He had a speech disorder and a number of speech sounds missing from his vocabulary and overall his ability to communicate was very tricky for him. Neil did an initial assessment and worked from there. My son was also under the NHS however those sessions were few and far between. Without Neil, my sons progress would have been so much slower or worse, he now has a full range of speech sounds and is understood by all. Neil worked with him for over a year until Neil felt it was time to stop. Throughout this time he was very patient (this was key!) and used different games to keep his attention. We've had the pleasure of Neil working closely with our family for a number of years who has given us the skills to be able to support our son's Communication needs. We feel very blessed to have come across Neil with his high level of expertise, wealth of knowledge and experience. He has truly been invaluable to us as a family. My son has also benefited from Neil's tailored 1:1 sessions and he has made remarkable progress as a result. He has been supported by a range of visual supports, PECS, the use of Colourful Semantics and Makaton for a 'Total Communiation' approach. Thanks to Neil my son has gone from limited language skills to functional speech and becoming the boy he should be. We can't recommend his services highly enough.

Neil worked with my son who has ASD for several years. My son went from speaking one word sentences, repeating back what was said (echolalia) and having constant tantrums to being able to communicate. It was amazing to watch Neil use my sons interests such as Lego and road signs into the sessions. We thought we had an introvert shy boy but no, we are grateful to know better his creative side since now he can communicate better. He is also interacting more with other kids. We felt that Neil listened to all our concerns and answered all of our questions after the sessions and even by email. I highly recommend their service!
