gone downhill since the asian manager left, the store bread is stale and service is slow. go to the west Durrington store outside Tescos instead, so much more fresher, busier but the asian manager is very fast there and the queue goes down quite quickly and the team there is a reflection of her and they are so good and friendly! that manager is one of the best around and she honestly is so pleasant and a familiar face to chat to when it isn't too busy. I know many have relocated to this store as they feel the food and service is better.

The most idiotic absurd experience I've had, I ordered through Just Eat, about 30 minutes later I got a call asking me to tell the driver to return as they had the wrong order (apparently they didn't have the drivers contact details) driver turned up an hour after they order, they clearly had the wrong order, driver left, order got marked as delivered but no food. I called Subway they advised me to go there in the morning for a refund, ridiculous. I contacted Just Eat for a refund. No apology, no resolution, avoid these donuts, it's not worth the hassle.

Rude! Young man and women that are working in there are utterly rude. Tutting, huffing and tapping the counter trying to rush me with my order as someone else walked in. I will definitely not be going here again maybe they need lessons in customer service!

The lad that works there does everything at break neck speed with no due care or attention. My subs are always thrown together so quickly, literally chucking the salad onto it, they end up a total mess and falling apart when I come to eat them; and this time Im not completely convinced he charged me correctly as he tapped away at the till so rapidly that he clearly had to restart 2/3 times whilst tutting. Someone needs to tell him to slow down and ensure hes getting things right and to the expected standards!!
