I can highly recommend The handrail people. From the first step of quoting on site and offering an extensive list of bespoke options to the final installation they were excellent to work with and communicated clearly. They were very good value and compared to many competitors especially given the service. Now we come to the installation. Our installation was due to happen on a day when snow was forecast. We woke up to a white blanket. The school emailed to say they were shut. We live in a hilly part of the country down an unadapted road that is very bumpy. Our appointment was supposed to be at 09:30. At 09:35 Matt and Pav rocked up apologising for being late! I was thrilled they even tried to be honest. They were both amazing. V polite and efficient. And working in v cold weather in very thin gloves. We now have our lovely new railings and couldnt be happier. Massive thank you.

I was extremly impressed with this company, their range of products was very extensive, all their emplyees were knowagble, polite, helpfully and skilled. I would certainly recomed them to others and would not hesitate to use them again if I required further work in the future.
