My job can be very demanding on a day to day basis, physically and mentally so I was told by a close friend why not try out reflexology to help ease the aches and pains. I took a chance, gave it a go and was not disappointed!! I now have a weekly slot with soul holistics and I am so grateful I have found s omething that helps me unwind from the weekly stress and relieves the pain of keeping up with day to day life! I would recommend this to anyone even If you don't suffer from pain and just want to relax, the amount of times I've fallen asleep while having the treatment just shows how she has magic hands!!
