        It seems that "Mr. Sha Rahman" and his "recruitment agency" advertises fake jobs, or jobs that he has no ability, and/or intention of securing for candidates he comes across or who apply for his advertised roles. I would be wary of submitting any of your personal data to this person, not to mention allowing him to waste your time.
