I applied for a job with Peters Dean Care and was overwhelmed by the support I was given, Elsa has such a kind and supportive way and it made the process so much more exciting. Having somebody cheering me on and rooting for me was absolutely wonderful and definitely something I haven't experienced whilst applying for a job before. Elsa really is an asset to this company and I am so very grateful for her support and understanding.

I have used Peters Dean in a few capacities; most recently dealing with Elsa during the interview/hiring process for a new role. Elsa worked consistently above and beyond throughout the entire process; being a professional go between for any and all parties I needed to contact, being knowledgeable and skilled enough to give pointers and interview prep and ultimately being there as someone I could speak to at any time to confirm details or reassure me throughout the process. I was successful in my application and feel I owe a big part of this to the help I received a long the way - I would fully recommend speaking to Elsa, as well as the rest of the Peters Dean team, to anyone who may have the desire to change their career, company or role; as an onboarding process which would have otherwise been a long and stressful one was made a breeze with their help.
