These guys are a bunch of thieves, I'm not sure how they are a legitimate company and how they are allowed to operate. I went to view an apartment, parked in the allocated parking for the apartment block as told by the letting agent and I got a ticket whilst on the viewing. It is as if they hide in the bush and jump out the second you turn your back. See you in court.

Visited Brighton for one night parked, took 15 mins to download app, register and pay. Payed for more parking than actually used. Got a fine two weeks later for paying after the grace period. Appeal refused after proof of payment given. These people are crooks will never use one of these car parks again. Avoid at all costs.

Evil company with no compassion. Working at a flat on private property, parked out the way not blocking or using anyone's private space. Helping an elderly customer within them flats with issues, to come out to a ticket on a work vehicle, after being parked for no more than half an hour, losing a days pay pretty much for doing my job. No compassion when explaining I was doing work, tried to not annoy other residents by using their spaces and that I would struggle to get by and feed my kids with a 60 fine, to just be told to go do one basically. I would understand if I had nipped to the shops, but I was merely just making a living. The attendants are as bad as the company. I get along with council parking attendants really well as they have a brain between their ears and understand that sometimes we need tools and our vehicles and as long as we have parked smart and are obviously working, they leave us to it. I hope one day one of them needs a service and they get told to do one because the service vehicle can't park.

This company is a scam. Appealing is no point. They just will answer with standard letter. POPLA is useless thing. Always on their side. They are providing their services for free to the contracting clients. So fines is their way to generate income. Legal thiefs, basically.
