New landlord is a Liverpool supporting, moccasin wearing ball bag. He clearly bullies his staff at every opportunity even though he only has a couple of them left, as his chef/cook has abandoned ship. If you enjoy frozen food from Brakes Bros this is place for you.

Absolutely terrible since the old landlady left the new management are terrible bullying staff in front of customers their chef walked out because they told him your a cook not a chef and ordered him to cook everything from frozen as fresh was not cost effective they were very abrupt and had a real bad attitude even more so towards staff they have lost their chef and their bar staff and they have only been there a few days the cleaning was absolutely terrible old food on floor dog ends in pub. DO NOT GO HERE SINCE ALI LEFT ITS NOT THE ALEX THEY HAVE RUINED IT THERE CHEF WALKED OUT ALL THEIR FOOD IS FROZEN NOW AS THE CHEF REFUSED. Do not go here there are plenty of much better pubs that do food in the local area avoid Alex all costs Great choice from the owner to put these lot in, silly man oh well.
