Used to be customer service mattered, Tried to order food 2mins and 30 secs late and wouldn't take our order, really!

On 30 April 2023 Bank Holiday, we had a meal of 5 plates for 23.50. Exceptional quality and value. We had sticky chicken with chillies, sesame seeds and spring onions, sausages in honey and mustard glaze, fried squid with spring onions, sweet potatoes with mashed avocado and prawns with various salads. There were another 4/5 choices also. I fully recommend Thieves Kitchen for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, nice ambience and the chef was applauded for the shared meal that we had. We will return very soon.

Lady called Cody handled my request to book a table for 16 for a work do. She made it as easy as possible with the best customer service and made everything as stress free as possible. When arriving at the bar she helped seat everyone and helped the older staff to find our table as it was so busy because of the football. The food was great! Some of our staff didnt feel comfortable walking through a busy bar while the football was on so Cody happily opened another bar in the quieter part of the pub which really helped some of my team. Well done Cody and the rest of thieves kitchen will 100% coming back again!
