I recently visited with a group of 10 people for lunch. The food was lovely and not unreasonably priced. Lukas and the other staff on shift were very helpful. This was my first visit and I gather that it has recently been refurbished. It looks very smart.

We visited the pub for the first time since the change of ownership. We live just a few minutes away and wanted it to be good. We weren't disappointed. The vegetables were all local and cooked perfectly. The portions were a decent size and the meat was delicious. We overheard a guy complaining that the pub did not have table service. However, we did not find this to be an issue. The wait at the bar was short and we were able to get our food quicklyAfter all, it's a pub, not a restaurant! Looking forward to returning!!!

Fantastic Sunday roast, lots of flavour and very large. Would be better if there was table service as the bar was very busy and took a long time to be served. Refurbished recently and looking good, shame theres not more toilets as they were busy too. Great garden particularly for kids .

We always go for a works Xmas doo here. There are new owners now who have renovated beautiful and put on a lovely Xmas Menu. Top marks.
