    As a company they must be commended for setting the standard in new levels of apathy,indifference and dismissivness towards their clients.Expect any energy to be expended only when payment of maintainance notices is imminent! Two and a half years have elapsed since our apartment blocks hall carpets were vandalised by oil spillage .Numerous calls to their office are answered with comical excuses .Everyone is to blame but them ! If you have a dog PLEASE do not entrust the kennel maintainance to this company .

    If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Absolute shambles of a company, no matter what issue they are contacted about regarding grounds maintenance and communal area issues at our property, they couldn't care less. Rude, abrupt staff that can't wait to get off the phone whenever a complaint is made, clearly don't value the customers who are paying grounds maintenance costs for basically nothing. Can only hope that the next person that injures themselves as a result of essential pothole repairs not being carried out in a timely manner actually sues them; maybe then their shoddy company will go bankrupt and a decent property maintenance company will take over care of our block of flats!
