Richard gave clear information and advice when we were considering updating our 20year old gas boiler, cylinder and tanks. The subsequent work, carried out by Richard and Ollie, was neat and professional. Existing pipework was tidied up and they took extra pains to make sure that the new system and controls were easy to use. Highly recommended. Service: Heating system installation

We chose Richard based on a nine we of positive previous experiences with him in our previous house. We liked the fact the extra attention to detail and advice was genuine and often volunteered especially around alternative products and where the best value was available. All 3 of the staff were very approachable, got on well with our children. We were confident in leaving them to complete the work and they were diligent throughout. The job was competed on time and to budget, the quality was great and we appreciated some additional work that was completed at the same time without any quibble or question We feel able to go back to Richard to ask any questions. We had a new water system supplied and installed by Richard and his team as part of an extension to our property. They also looked after all plumbing aspects of the extension. Over the 6 months project, Richard and his team delivered to a very high standard, were prompt with supporting the extension time frame, and we couldn't recommend them enough!
