        Delivery driver didnt deliver it to the right address, then said he couldn't be bothered to drop it to us. Still, nice that he got 3 free pizzas for himself.

        My wife got food poisoning from a delivery from here two days ago and when I complained they decided that she did not get food poisoning from their pizza. They said no one else had got food poisoning, and their health standards are all very high, so she couldn't have got food poisoning from them. Except she did get food poisoning. From eating their pizza. We didn't imagine it. I wouldn't have especially held it against them, if there had been a simple apology and maybe a goodwill gesture mistakes can happen, even in the most healthy kitchens. But no, their response is to completely dismiss the possibility, so thanks to this insult I'll be sure to never buy from Pizza Hut again.
