Had a truly terrible meal here yesterday. We tried Fiordilatte as Pizzaface wasn't open until later and one of our party is Coeliac. We waited over an hour for our food, despite being told several times (when we asked) "it'll be 2 minutes! We think they forgot our order... The gluten free pizza was an absolute joke. Base was hard as a rock and revolting. Our regular pizzas were "fine" - edible, but nothing special and slapdash. No one came to check on us during the meal, and we had to ask for several things that they forgot. They did (quite rightly!) offer go take the GF pizza off the bill, and then didn't come back with the amended bill!! We had to go to the front to pay. A good job we are honest people, or we would have just walked out... All in all: poor service, mediocre food, abysmal gluten free options.

Popped in for coffee and cake today. Lovely cappuccino and Carrot cake. The cake was not what I expected, much lighter than what you normally see but so tasty. The food looked really nice too. Service was good and staff were very attentive. Very reasonable prices too.
