Awful experience. Very rude employees who made it seem like i was an inconvenience for simply asking for their service. They provided no helpful information and came off as plain rude. I just gave in my film for development and only until after i had paid did he mention that it takes 3 weeks! to develop the film. Not only is this stupidly long time especially compared to other retailers, if he had told me this i definitely wouldnt have purchased the service. Highly highly wouldnt recommend and it was an awful experience please do not go here. P.s 1 star is too much i would do 0 if i could.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the man behind the counter was extremely rude and I thought his customer service skills were appalling I felt like I was an inconvenience maybe some more training for him.

You would think this close to Christmas they would put more staff on the kiosk, so it doesnt need to be closed for staff breaks.
