I was so impressed when we dropped in for some advice from the pharmacist today. The pharmacist was very helpful and kind. It is nice to know that the personal touch along with good advice is still out there!

My mum had another local pharmacy as her designated one who proved to be "OK" until CoVid. Having battled for 2 and a half hours in a queue in all weathers to get a prescription for her in March 2020 I could take no more, particularly when they reluctantly said they would deliver for 5 for each prescription.- I am an NHS employee and had to work lot of extra hours at the time so was really stuck. I searched around and decided to try Kampsons in Goring Road. My goodness, what a HUGE difference it has been, they treat eveyone as individuals, don't charge for delivery, engage with patients and even made arangements to have someone ready at their door with a chair when I dropped my mum off and parked my car so she could have her vaccine. Honestly you couldn't have better service. Well done and thank you to all the members of staff.
