        Did an amazing job with my cockapoo who had a lot of knotted fur. Came out smelling lovely, very soft and the staff were very friendly, for a great price.

        I was impressed that despite presenting them with a very matted dog they managed to dematt her but also keep a decent length to her coat.

        Terrible customer service! Got left in the waiting area for 10 minutes then when she finally came out was very rude as we got told the day before to come in from 9-12 from the manger as we only needed our dogs nails cutting! So we went in around 10:30 and she said no I am busy that was manger always telling people the wrong things! Then told us to leave. Was very upset by this service and would not recommend!!

        Tracey is amazing and knows what shes doing. My dogs always leave smelling great and are always happy. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!
