A welcoming environment - a warm family feel with people who help and support you to achieve your goals. No 'gym bunnies', no judgement and no-one turned away. Help with exercises, a schedule that can always fit around busy lives and totally instructor led sessions make it easier. This isn't about spending endless hours doing cardio - this is about coaching you to understand more and assess your progress so that amends can be made where needed. This is about building a community that inspire, motivate and lift you up. This is about you taking that support and asking the questions to make it work for you. I'd never joined a gym before. Doing this has literally changed my life by making it sustainable, achieveable and fun!

A genuinely fun and friendly gym. Anthony and Nat are approachable and caring. The 30 minute time slots work around most peoples' work, school run and child care commitments. Zoom classes and pre recorded workouts uploaded from lives the following week work brilliantly if you aren't able to attend in the studio meaning you can train from anywhere in the world, anytime. Most importantly though, it works. If you listen and work hard, you'll be stronger, slimmer and healthier. Highly recommended.

So different to every other gym Ive tried over the years! Great personal instruction on an almost one to one basis, no influencers strutting about in tiny gym gear and just a lovely bunch of normal people of all ages doing their best to get fit and healthy! Definitely recommend!

I joined PW Physique and Fitness a few years ago. Not only did I lose weight and transform my body shape in a short space of time but they helped changed my mindset in regards to nutrition and fitness. Like many I put on weight during lockdown so PW was my first stop to get back on track as I know this programme works. Anthony and his team are amazing, they make you feel at ease and are always on hand to help make sure you meet your goals and solve any issues you're having. Definitely give them a try I couldn't recommend them more.
