Super smashing and great!!! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, it's good fun. Ash is very kind, intuitive, experienced and person centred. I highly recommend him and his sessions which are set out evenly across the week. Since joining a week ago, I feel so much more energized physically and mentally, the various exercises have started to wake up the muscles which went to sleep for a while reducing aches pains stiffness and fatigue. The most amazing bootcamp ever! Ash is a really encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable personal trainer. The group is friendly and my fitness level has increased tenfold. My stamina is so so much better and I'm noticing a huge difference in my body and confidence.

The most fabulous hard working Bootcamp sessions ever! Really nice group of people to work out with and lots of fun too. Every session is different and pushes your boundaries - I cant complain Ive lost 2 stone and my bingo wings The instructor Ash also trains my 10 yr old son, who has complex additional needs, twice a week. I use it as a therapy session for him to help boost his muscle tone, co-ordination and sensory needs. My son sees it as fun exercise which has boosted his low self esteem. Every session is different for him and tailored to what he needs. 100% recommendation for group sessions or 1-1 sessions!
