A great gym with a great Personal Trainer. Wherever you are with your fitness this gym will make getting and keeping fit and healthy challenging and fun.

I have been training with Andy for around 10 months. The 1-2-1 sessions are excellent and he takes time to design the sessions to help you achieve your goals. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been and have a greater understanding of how to exercise for the most benefit. I highly recommend Andy as a PT.

Andy is a brilliant PT with his clients' best interests at the forefront of each session. Workouts are personalised to your strengths and help you build and improve your weaknesses. I cannot recommend West 1 Studio enough!
