        Really nice experience today, Alexandra was absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough to help and was extremely engaging and friendly.

        Tried to return an item on Saturday afternoon around 4.45 but the shop was already shut!! Website says they close at 5.30. They seem to open and close when they feel like it!

        Had been waiting for a pair of winter walking trousers to be back in stock, sadly when they were back in stock I didn't like the fit of them so chose not to purchase going to wait till later in the year to see what comes in. The manager Alexandra was so helpful and informative and really knows her stuff about all the product ranges a very positive shopping experience
