        Great expertise and skill, poor communication and customer interaction. My three year old wasnt allowed to use the toilet and my daughter wasnt given an NHS voucher as she felt she didnt need it. I get trying to save the NHS moneybut come on! She is 5 with scratched glasses! Side note, I work for the NHS! Our family has been treated like a burden. Each interaction is slightly gruff, hurried and not very friendly. The branch in Shoreham are absolutely lovely.

        Accompanied son for his check up....his last one was before the 1st lockdown!. Have to wear mask as per C19 safety protocol. Staff were friendly too.
