Very poor customer service - don't answer the phone, reply to emails or reply to chats in the automated assisstant. Had to go through paypal to get refund on frames I returned. When I finally got through they were very rude and put the phone down.

Avoid like the plague, ordered 4 pairs of frames to try, Mark Henry advised it would take a week. Then he sent a DPD tracking number that didn't exist and a Royal Mail one too, again it didn't exist. He ignored all calls and emails. I had to complete a chargeback of 512 with my credit card company. Which luckily has just come through.
