Her guidance was vital in our success of being accepted for a mortgage. I cannot recommend Kate enough!!! This was our first purchase of property in the UK and it seemed like quite a daunting task. We spoke to Paul Chipp about a year before we actually moved forward with the purchase and he gave us some amazing advice and information around how much we needed to save and what we needed to prepare for. We then approached him again when we were actually ready to move forward and he helped us each step of the way through the whole process. He was always available on the phone and on email for the questions we had which gave us peace of mind that things were going as planned. Thank you again Paul and Gaia Financial!
