Railway Mortgages were so helpful and brilliant throughout what was a protracted and difficult house purchase process. They went above and beyond and I really think the sale might not have gone through if it were not for Paul and Kate. Really lovely people, providing a brilliant supportive service.

Very helpful, quick to answer all our questions about buying a house in general and processed our application promptly. We cannot thank Paul enough for his time, as first time buyers we had lots of questions and he answered them all simply and clearly. With the market being competitive we had alot of gazumping which was at times disheartening, however Paul was always on hand to process an application and encouraged us to keep positive. Amazing people with loads of knowledge in their field. We had the privilege to have Kate as our advisor and there is not enough words to describe how professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and carrying she was while dealing with us. We always had a really quick reply to our emails and she was able to help with anything and everything. We couldn't have wished for any better person to help us through this process, especially during covid. Kate is a massive credit to the business and her knowledge and experience are massively appreciated . Highly recommended and will definitely use them (Kate ) again if we ever need a advisor.

My family have been going to Kate Furzer for mortgages for several years. She is much more than just a mortgage advisor and knows the business inside out. If she can't get you a deal, then no one can. Recently, she set about finding a suitable mortgage for my son, who unfortunately had something of a chequered credit history. She was able to advise him on the best way forward and somehow pulled a rabbit out of the hat. She brokered an excellent outcome from a difficult situation. She has been amazing. I won't be using anyone else but her in future. You won't go wrong with her. Chris

As a first time buyer the whole house buying process is just confusing and stressful. Railway Mortgages just made the whole process so simple. There was nothing I couldn't ask advice about even down to the various insurance's you need to get. I'm just so happy I used them I really don't think I could of done this without them. I've already set a calendar reminder to call them in 18 months time to help with my remortgage.
