We were very impressed from our first enquiry to the delivery of the mobility scooter. Daina was extremely helpful and professional throughout and kept us updated at every stage. It was our first purchase of an expensive item without seeing it first but we needn't have worried as the scooter was in immaculate condition. Everything that was promised from the outset was carried out and the scooter was delivered very quickly. On our experience we can 100% recommend Kardinal Independent Living as we were extremely impressed by their service.

Great Place to Purchase a Mobility Scooter , They are very knowladgeable & they will find the perfect scooter for your particular requirements. I wanted a specialist off road scooter so I could access tracks, off road areas like the South downs. They were one of a few that had this machine available to view & test. The scooter was delivered on time to my home. Absolutely love it best decision I made

Fantastic small business that helps the community out by giving away scooters in competitions. My mum was lucky enough to win one and the personal interaction she got from the company was outstanding. They delivered her scooter for free and showed her how to use it. This will give my mum so much more independence and freedom. Thank you!

Very good company to purchase from. I recently purchased a scooter from this company. The customer service sales advisor had been exceptionally helpful and polite meeting my requirements. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for disability purchases. Their prices, are very competitive and fair. Very satisfied customer.
