Excellent team! I have interacted with many estate agents in the past, but the experience with Bacon and co is really great, they are very quick, responsive, helpful and convincing. I have dealt 2 property sale / purchase and rental transactions with no trouble or no extra costs.

Scott and Natalie have been fantastic throughout our bungalow sale. There were a few times when we thought it might not happen, but Scott and Natalie persevered and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we finally got the result we hoped for. I had valuations from 3 companies, and Scott struck me from the start as having the right passion for the job. I knew that he was determined and wanted to sell my flat rather than just put it on the market. He has so much enthusiasm and passion that I just knew he would be able to do it for me. Scott helped me to get the photos sorted, and even helped me move furniture around. He had a vision in his head of how he wanted it to look. Tracey and Natalie then took over for the phone calls and updates through the selling process. They were amazing, regularly updating and reasurring me. I did most of this over the phone, but when I went into the Broadwater office I wish I went in sooner. It is such a friendly family like atmosphere, and we were chatting about the property for a little while. I thoroughly recommend Bacon and their amazing staff to anyone. They really do want to get you moving !

I've now purchased 2 properties and sold 1 through Bacon & Co. Each transaction has been absolutely seamless, and I would not hesitate in recommending them. A huge thanks to Grant, who is a brilliant estate agent. Grant is proactive, thorough and a great communicator. He regularly kept in touch with me throughout the process and is brilliant at explaining things in layman's terms.
