I scheduled two visits to fix a roof leak and both times, without warning, they didn't show up. Both times they didn't notify me, they just kept me waiting. 24-03-2023 I called for an urgent roof repair and they said they could come on the same day. They promised to call me back to let me know at what time they would arrive. That didn't happen. I called them again and this time they said they couldn't visit anymore on the day but could do it the following day. 25-03-2023 I called them in the morning and they said that they could come on the same day. They promised to call me back by 10:30 to let me know at what time they would arrive. That didn't happen. I called them again and they said they would be there by 13.30. I asked them if they had a ladder to reach the roof hatch, they didn't. I managed to find a ladder for them, I arranged access to the roof hatch and canceled my other commitments. I waited for them but they never turned up and stopped answering my phone calls. If you have a roof emergency, don't waste your time with this company. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
