Total Roofing

This is a review for some tomporary remedial work to our flat roof: We've a leak in our rubber membrane roof of our extension which will need replacing - we had a number of 'professionals', all with seemingly good reviews, come and quote for it but were most impressed with Bill who came & gave us a very sensible assessment & quoted and amount very similar to others who seemed variously less competent, reliable, polite and conscientious. While he couldn't fit us in to do the full roof replacement immediately due to other prior bookings he took time out to come & fit a temporary solution to prevent the leak into the ceiling getting worse in the time we are waiting for the full repair (the rest said "nope we're not doing anything in the rain - just cross your fingers!). So far very glad we chose him (he is prompt, polite, communicates clearly his expectations of the job and is tidy) and we're look forward to the full roof replacement within the next few weeks. Total Roofing came out at short notice to inspect some leaks in the loft. Very quickly were up on the roof and had found several problem areas, showing me pictures taken while up there. A plan was then created to repair the rotten batons and ripped felt. On the day of the repairs it became apparent very quickly that the problem was worse than thought, which I was able to see for myself first hand by joining them on the roof! Resulting in a new roof on the front of the house and the original repairs done to the rear. Couldn't be happier with the professional service they provided, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone else! Our roof certainly was not the easiest job for the guys and Bill made sure he communicated clearly with me when any issues arose! I cannot speak highly enough of the guys and all that they did to our roof! End result is perfect and they went above and beyond with the extras we now have!
