Extremely dire service in recent months, nobody in the office, calls go unanswered, website has been down for 6 months at least, barely get a reply to emails and honestly seem like they are going out of business. They were the agent for the property I rent, landlord decided to change due to the above and to say they have been uncooperative is an understatement. Process to handover was started in the middle of May and they still have not transferred/refunded the deposit or the keys. Completely unprofessional.

Couldn't fault the service we received from Jacks and Jones. As an executor sale Tim and Ellie were at all times considerate of the emotional side of the sale, whilst remaining friendly and professional. We were kept informed at all times and at no time were put under any pressure to proceed at a pace that wasn't comfortable for us. Highly recommended.

Ellie and the rest of the team at Jacks & Jones have always been a pleasure to work with. They are always friendly and helpful at all times and their attitude towards helping their tenants and landlords has always been positive.
