        One of the best experiences using an estate agency! From an early probate valuation there was no pressure to put my mothers bungalow on the market until she was ready. Once she was James visited us and created a great brochure and then waited a few more months until my mother was ready to to buy somewhere suitable. At no point were we pestered to sell and when we finally went on the market in late December we sold within two weeks with plenty of interest at a fair price. Aaron was very professional and supportive throughout the selling process and was proactive getting the chain to the exchange and completion stage. I thoroughly recommend James and James and will definitely use them again in future.
