Lime Tree Surgery Durrington

Very very bad service!!! I'm still waiting for a fit not that was requested more than a week ago plus booking an appointment for my daughter as been a disaster!!! Not even during Covid this was so bad!!! On the opposite, they were actually seeing people, now they don't and even skin or respiratory appointments are done by phone!!! How bad is this become!!!! D

This surgery is terrible never get through then when u do this is the third time a doctor has not bothered to call back even though I have had text to say doctor will call terrible surgery 3 surgery's and not run well at all

If you can get an appointment they are great but have been told by the reception team you cannot have an appointment unless you are physically dying as they don't have time to help people anymore... I understand every doctor practices sre under stress but this is getting ridiculous, I shouldn't have to cry and beg to be seen just becasue I have a debilitating preexisting medical condition!

Excellent service and care, both from my named GP and other members of staff. All 3 of us have complex health issues and have nothing but good to say about them.

This doctors is so bad every time u need an appointment u carnt get one or u have to wait months to be able to get an appointment. I made a complaint via email and get nothing back. Honestly the surgery is run so bad others don't struggle with there surgery like lime tree it's a joke how it's so hard to get to see a doctors but they have atleast 3 surgery's they send u to but carnt get an appointment for weeks on end
