        After arranging a site visit to survey the flooring, I received a price the following day and I was happy with it. The quote was valid for 30 days and I got it contact to except it and booked in a date over the phone to complete our flooring. After waiting 5weeks for the day to arrive a fitter turned up at 9am and through no fault of his he said there had not been enough time allocated to him and after cutting some floor he said it definitely could not be completed. Around 10am he had contacted the office and he apologised and said it cant be done so packed up and left! I rang ib flooring and the owner said they should not have taken the job on and it was someone elses fault in the office who was conveniently on holiday! After not excepting any blame ib flooring have now left us with cut flooring and no laid floor! Terrible service and attitude
