The most horrible experience we ever had with an agency.Avoid them at all cost. We had so many requests before us to get in the property to put a good review, and I had to come back and change everything. The day we signed our contract everything's changed. They rent us a house that has lots of issues. They were promising us that the house will be refurbished before we move in but unfortunately we did believed them and the day we moved in we realized that not only work has not been complete but they would not take any responsibility. Of course, you can not get a hold of them at all, and when we finally got to speak to them. There were a blaming game between them and the landlord. Is all about money and they don't care about families,children, and babies. Do not trust them at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had an exceptional experience when buying a home via King & Chasemore. We had quite a few hiccups along the way, but Connor truly went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Communication was excellent, and during the seven months the sale was being processed, we felt confident that any issues would be dealt with quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell via K&C in future.

Amelia helped and showed my 88 year old Mother around a property and the whole team realised my mother is not of the era of email and technology . But made it easy for me to help and assist her and kept us updated in a timely manner . Nice to see good customer service .

We ended up changing our estate agent to kings and Chasemore in Worthing. The sales team have been ever so friendly, helpful and professional. A special thanks to lily for securing the sale of our property.
