        Superb service from start to finish. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The process of enlarging my engagement ring was explained, with all the potential issues that could happen, so I could make an informed decision. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend.

        Lovely staff and so helpful. Had a ring made and such talented suggestions, attention to detail and craft work. Excellence aspired to and achieved. Recently had a lost diamond put back in a ring and they bothered to make sure all the claws holding the other stones were as secure as possible. A firm that cares and goes the extra mile. (Lovely tempting selection of goods and very knowledgable in his field.)
