Dreadful Customer Service OR Unhelpful Con Artists - You decide!! I filled up here because I get discount and fuel rewards through Shell energy. I presented my card which beeped when it was scanned. Only after paying I realised that the discounts had not been applied - costing me an additional 3.50. They refused to do anything about it, although admitting it was their problem! Dreadful customer service. Will never use here again, check before you pay!!

Actually spend time looking at whats going on. On your forecourt rather than just being sat on your phone wait 5 minutes for you to acknowledge theres people waiting for fuel and then to top it of your rude when I ask for a receipt maybe try employing people that Actually want to work

I Has anyone else thought they had been DONE getting fuel here? I got 10.00 of fuel. My fuel needle didn't change in the car!! I went inside and complained as I thought it had not given me anywhere near a tenners worth of fuel. Ten pounds worth of fuel is a quarter of a tank and my needle didn't move!! I am fuming to be honest, absolutely fuming. How can I prove it!? Has anyone else thought they had been DONE getting fuel here? I had to get more fuel so I went to a different garage and got 20 of fuel and my needle hit half as normal, why when I put half that (10) does nothing happen???

Wanted to get a gas cylinder and was just ignored by staff and made to wait. Then all people that were coming in were served before me. I lost patience and eventually left. Poor customer service!

Customer service good but drive through car wash not good at all. Only spray the water and brush for top price wash.
