I decided to take out the Three home broadband package, which has worked really well. I discussed the package with Jamie in the Worthing store, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending Three.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Nobody knew how to help me with my contract, some individuals gaslit me basically telling me I'm at fault for their poor service. I'd avoid at all costs

Absolutely amazing experience. Ellie helped us out with everything we needed today. We were ready to take our money elsewhere, but Ellie really went out of her way to get everything sorted for us. She spent a long time with us, but she was happy, helpful and cheerful the whole time, making the processes enjoyable. I really hope the company takes good care of people like Ellie, and everyone else who do everything and beyond for the customers. Thank you Ellie. All the love from the Hungarians :))
