Tesco Pharmacy

If I could give them a 0 I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Tesco pharmacy have decided not to take repeate prescription now but did not tell any of there customers. Meaning,I had to go to camsons,however they have changed there closing times . I am a type 1 diabetic. I went back to tesco who said I do not have insulin on my prescription ........I've been collecting it every 2 weeks from there for 6 months. Last time they told me I only have insulin carts not pens on my prescription. Which is wrong. And I went in with a prescription for Co codamol,.....got home they had given me codien. They are always getting orders wrong, you have to wait 20mins just to talk to them because only 1 out of 7 people are at the tills. By far the most unprofessional and badly stocked/run pharmacy I have ever delt with. The staff are rude,unprofessional and generally slow. 1 out if 3 times they do not have the meds in Stoke. I will never go back.

Very Rude woman serving today, asked questions about ingredients in tablets behind counter, it was like she just wanted an argument, complete jobs worth. Ridiculous slow service

Always a long queue. Shuts at various times of the day. With just a sign at counter stating closing at a certain time. People queuing can't see the sign. So waste time waiting, only to be told 'shut, there is a sign'. Be moving to elsewhere.

My daughters prescription was put in 11th January and its now 10th February why dont you put a note up as say your 400 prescriptions behind so customers know rather than just not letting customers know so we can go somewhere else shocking customer care and service! Shes a child sort it out!!!
