Really good service, helpful friendly staff. The App they have the view all visits for my relative is just brilliant. Ive had to make a few changes and Julie F is just amazing at her job always on hand If I need anything to change to adapt the care given.

Since Apex homecare has taken over, the service has deteriorated to the point where carers did not turn up on Friday 25th March 2022. I was not informed that they would not be coming. In desperation I had to contact a qualified carer that does not work for the company, to request their assistance. The were kind enough to help. I understand that some carers have left due to their unwillingness to be vaccinated, some have left to pursue other careers and some left due to the poor treatment received by the new management. I have complained to CQC via their online form and will call them on Monday morning to reiterate my complaint. I understand that Social Services have become involved and that temporarily, they were operating out of Shoreham fire station.
