        Went to this Halfords in October 2022, when I suspected my clutch was going. They carried out a full clutch inspection, and was told very confidently by a mechanic that my clutch was actually 'perfect' and in a great 'position.' He went as far to say that the only reason I was struggling to take off was due to the weight of my passengers. Fast forward to now, I took it to to get seen for a general service at Brighton Halfords, where I was told my clutch was most definitely going. Got a second opinion from another garage who confirmed. Really disappointed by the false information I was given here.

        Excellent Customer Service from team in Shoreham, fully explained what needed doing to my car before carrying out work. I was given the option to pay wth klarna which was good. I also thought it was good to have full breakdown of service and flagged up what needed doing later.
