Recently just had ultrasound results through, wanted to see someone about "something" that was possibly missed and some other things that is hard to talk about on the phone ect. Reception was polite but i was was not offered a face to face appointment but a phone call 5 days away isnt exactly suitable due to the type of problem/s, fair enough its thursday and the weekend is coming but a phone call even though i will just get told to see them. Its as if i wasnt listened too or understood.
